A_CryingToMomma is a action used by the Bumblebore enemy. This action is used to trigger another action, A_ParentTriesToSleep. If your enemy is spawned by another, the spawned enemy requires this action. So when that spawned enemy dies, the spawner gets the go ahead to spawn another at it's place.
